Who do we support?

Through constantly developing our services, we are able to offer home and community-based care to a wide range of service users, including

• people over 65
• families with disabled parents or children
• adults with conditions that may include:
  • learning disabilities
  • physical or sensory impairment
  • mental health needs.

Our service users include a vast range of people, from those who are almost completely independent, to those who have particular high level or complex needs resulting from:

• acquired brain injury
• dementia
• long-term ill health requiring palliative care
• neurological impairments
• sensory impairments
• terminal illness requiring palliative care.
