Young lives, big choices, outstanding support
If you are a parent caring for a disabled child or young person and you need support with your role as a carer, you want a service you can rely on to help you prepare your child for the future and an adult life that maximises their potential and independence.
We understand that no-one knows your child better than you. We will work with you, and your child, if possible, to design a care support package that provides the care support you need and that also supports you to live your own life.
Our careworkers will help your child throughout their daily routines, from getting ready in the morning and accompanying them on the journey to school to supporting them with play and homework.
Because family life and doing the things they enjoy are so important to children and young people, our support workers can support your child to enjoy arts, crafts and outdoor activities, build new friendships or make the most of internet technology and computer games.
We can also provide more complex care support, including medication management, managing challenging behaviour, post-hospital and reablement care, respite care and palliative care.
