At London Care, we don’t believe you have to stop living the life you want to or leave your home of many years, just because you’ve reached a certain age.

London Care understands the needs of people in their later years and with our home care support and personal assistance, you can continue to live independently in your own home.

We’ll work with you to build a care support package designed to provide as much or as little care support as you require. Our careworkers can assist you with everyday tasks such as morning and bedtime routines, bathing and dressing, doing light housework and laundry or helping to prepare meals.

Because needs may become more complex with age, we offer more specialised services to enable ongoing independent living, including medication management, reablement care to help you, or your loved one, get back on your feet after poor health or a hospital stay, dementia care and palliative care.

We believe staying involved in your local community is central to your general health and well-being, so we can support you to do this in any number of ways, including accompanying you to attend religious services or social events, take part in activities you’re interested in, meet up with your family and friends, collect prescriptions or stay in touch with your loved ones by letter or email.
